To everyone interested in joining =’=:
The clan is reopening tryouts. However, tryouts are by invitation only. If you’d like us to invite you to join, first register an interest here, and then, get to know the clan.
The best way to do this is to join in games in our server as much as possible (this also allows the clan to see how well you play and what kind of temperament you have). There's often a clan member or admin in the server without tags, or watching the server on qtracker, so if we see an applicant in the game there's a good chance one of us will join. So play in the server as much as you can.
And the other way to get to know us is on the forums. We seem to have had a lot of applicants who post for tryout and then we see nothing of them... Please don't spam topics, go off-topic, or bump very old topics, but do chat to us and tell us a bit about who you are. And be prepared to be patient! Thanks ;D
If you would like to register an interest in joining, please post a new thread in this section containing the following information:
1) A way for us to contact you (eg xfire or msn)
2) Any names you have used in the recent past
3) Any references to the clan
Once you have registered an interest rest assured that we will keep an eye out for you on the server and if we like what we see we'll consult all our members on whether to issue an invitation or not. This process may take a few weeks.
If we offer you tryout, this will consist of a couple 1v1 games against some of the clan, with others watching. If you pass (you don't necessarily have to win the games, it's more about how you play), there will a short trial period before full membership begins.
Please remember, =’= is a clan that not only has high standards for its members in terms of both skill and behaviour but that we also enjoy laughs and joking around. If you are accepted to =’=, we will expect you to behave and play friendly. Good luck, and have fun.
