A Halo montage as a QT

Is it possible for anyone to make a montage in Quick Time?

I ask as I want to sound design a 1 minute clip of explosions etc... Nothing too over the top - just good clean killing!

I'm doing it for my games show-reel.

I am taping for a tritage though, I could ask those guys about it. But are you editing yourself then or what? cause one of the tritage guys edits.
