La sorbonne nouvelle, c'est en face de la mosquée de paris. Entre le jardin des plantes et la rue mouffetard.

Funny videos Itchi K I study cinema in La Sorbonne Nouvelle in Paris, i just started the 3rd year. Before that, I have spent 2 years in hell, a French hell named Classe Préparatoire aux grandes écoles. hahaha Thanks Darla... You study cinema? Can you be more specific. It's a big World "our World" You should see some of the other work I have done.. Non-Diagetic monster movies and alike. France has a great writer called Michelle Chion - Changed teh way people look and describe sound in films forever, truly innovative. With my sound design work, it's my life... If your serious about working in it may I say that the best knowledge isn't in the readnig but in the doing... Feel free to ask for help at any time LaaFee. Best Ichii

I know Michel Chion, I read a part of his text named "l'acoustmêtre"; very interesting. I can choose what i want to study in college, this semester, I'have chosen French movies after WW2 (propaganda eh...), video as art (veryyyy interesting!), aesthetic ( relation ships between children and parents in movies) , cinema and architecture , english, and of course economy and law :/ Last summer, I worked (for free) in a movie production company and also with an actor manager. 2 years ago I'have made 2 short movies in another college. I m interested in watching your work! Do you know this french movie maker named Gaspar Noé? (everybody hates him here lol)

Hey Lafeeverte,
I don't know Gaspar Noe? Have you worked ith him?? Yes Michel Chion's writings are unique. Unfortunately most are only published in French. Once my web-site is running properly i'll send you the link so you can check out my works...
Cheers! Ichi

I know Gaspar Noe's work. I've seen seul contre tout and irreversible, neither of which I think I'm ready to watch again.... /that/ scene in irreversible, you know the one I mean, especially.
Love Michael Haneke's films though - do you guys study him? He's based in Paris these days...
And yeah, Ichi, we all want to see your work!

You should watch Carne, it's a short movie, it's actually what happens before Seul contre tous. I know what scene you mean. My English is crap, it's kinda frustating... Gaspar Noé is a 'visceral cinema', he rules the camera (he attended one of the two best french cinema school: Louis Lumière), it's a very sensitive movie (thanks to the way he shot and to the infra bass) , very different from what we are used to watch. He manage to make the audience feel bad when the character feel bad, and at the end, it's happiness. sorry again for my crap english, cant write what i want to say in english I like Haneke's work. Funny games is so scary, actors are so good! Benny's video is good too. I havent studied it yet, but I hope i will. I hope your website will be up soon Ichi! And, I have never meet Gaspar Noé, I hope I will one day! And, he is a marilyn manson's friend It would be cool they work on a movie together
